Taste the Season
We harvest our honey at least three times a season to ensure that we are able to capture the nectar and pollen unique to each season.
SPRING HONEY – Sweet and light on the tongue, spring honey is truly the essence of spring made from the nectar of fruit flowers such as apple, peach and raspberries. Spring honey is perfect both on a hot biscuit or right from the spoon!
SUMMER HONEY – Summer honey develops as perennials flowers take the main stage, giving this honey a rich and complex flavor.
FALL HONEY – Bold and rich, fall honey is full of antioxidants and minerals present in goldenrod and aster that dominate the season. Fall honey has the strongest flavor and is a favorite of both tea drinkers and allergy sufferers alike!
