Humanely- Raised, Grass-Fed Beef
Our Aberdeen genetics produce a tender, fine textured beef. The breed is known for good rib-eye development and superior marbling. Their smaller frame allows for them to finish very strong on grasses only.
Why Grass Fed?
Meat from grass-fed animals is lower in fat than meat from grain-fed animals as well as lower in calories. Our grass-fed animals are much higher in antioxidants, vitamin E, carotene, riboflavin and thiamin. However, their most significant health claim is that they have two to four times more Omega-3 fatty acids than meat from grain-fed animals. The same good Omega-3s that are found in seafood, seeds and nuts.
